Mount Eerie “Dawn” LP and Book
Phil Elverum is an unbelievably prolific musician, but this collection is an especially important one. “Dawn” compiles a load of 19 songs that Elverum recorded while staying at a remote cabin in Norway. Many of these songs have since seen fuller-blown release, but hearing them stripped back to just vocals and acoustic guitar makes them even more powerful. The package comes with a booklet of some very spooky self-portraits.
