Sleepy Sun “Embrace” LP
Santa Cruz’s Sleepy Sun just put out one of the best psych records I’ve heard in awhile, and that’s saying alot. “Embrace” is drawing alot of comparisons to bands like Black Mountain and My Morning Jacket, but they have their own thing going as well. Basically, if you like psychedelic rock and you frequent this site, you’ll probably like this alot. You can buy it for $17 at ForcedExposure.com, or directly from the label for $20 at ATPFestival.com.

I’d buy this for the cover art alone but the sample’s caught my attention too. Purchased.
