Millions “Gather Scatter” LP & Sweet Cobra “Bottom Feeder” 12-inch
Chicago’s Seventh Rule Records has gotten a couple of new vinyl releases posted to the Blue Collar Distro. First up is a new 12-inch from Sweet Cobra featuring 3 new songs and an etching on the b-side. These guys are currently on tour with Pelican, Minsk and Black Cobra so that should give you an idea of what kind of jams to expect here – i.e. heady and heavy. Labelmates Millions also bring the heavy on their full length release, albeit with a little more angular, hardcore fury thrown in. Two excellent releases on this impressive Midwest independent label with high-quality pressings to boot, pick both up at Seventh Rule via bluecollardistro.com. Do yourself a favor while you’re there, and check out the full length vinyl releases from Wetnurse and Indian as well – this label has got you pretty well covered as far as excellent bands go.
