Neon Indian “Psychic Chasms” LP
Alan Palomo’s Neon Indian project is something you’re either going to love or hate. It has all the elements of this little “glow-fi” movement we are currently experiencing – bedroom production, 80′s pop sensibility, and boombox-blasting beats. That said, it is also the cream of that crop, so if you are into bands like Washed Out, The Smith Westerns, etc, you will like this. The LP is technically a preorder, but since it comes out tomorrow, not really. You can either order it for $14.99 and get an instant download of the full album at Insound.com, or for $14 directly from the label with no download at Lefse Records.
