		<description>It&#039;s no secret that there are a handful of labels we champion on this blog quite regularly. I think it&#039;s awesome that these labels are so discriminating that if they release something, you know it&#039;s going to be good, even if you have never heard of it before. Those types of labels deserve all the support they can get; they&#039;re putting out albums they know are good, not albums they know will sell.</description>

		<description>When I saw you comment about being a blog dedicated to Thrill Jockey, I had to comment. I end up covering a lot of TJ stuff at my blog, too. I&#039;ve often said that Thrill Jockey is one of a very few actual record labels in existence that seems to really understand the collector aspects of their product. Not only do they have one of the most eclectic roster of artists around, but each of them are notable artists worth watching. 

Great bands and really cool vinyl releases-- &#039;nuff said!

BTW: It&#039;s cool that you&#039;re located in Iowa. Iowa Blogs Represent!
