The Mercury Program “Chez Viking” LP Preorder
Big thanks to a reader for the heads up about this preorder for the new album from Florida band The Mercury Program. “Chez Viking” is the band’s first record since their split with Maserati in 2006. This is soaring post-rock that would fit right in with the stuff Temporary Residence is currently turning out (Maserati, Explosions in the Sky, The Drift, etc). The new record drops on November 24, but it is now up for preorder. The LP is $12 for the regular edition, or $15 for limited white or blue vinyl at MercuryProgram.com.

The best band most folks have never heard of. Been waiting on this record since Data Learn the Language, used to drive 5, 6 hours to see them play.
