Stones Throw and Dublab have teamed up for this AMAZING new release.  For “Secondhand Sureshots”, they gave four LA beatmakers (Daedelus, J-Rocc, Nobody, and Ras G) a mission: Scour LA thrift store vinyl and make something fresh out of it.  The result is a two hour documentary and a limited picture disc.  The package includes the DVD, the limited edition 12″ picture disc, two slipmats, and some super-deluxe packaging (rescued thrift store vinyl jackets, each screenprinted by design firm Hit+Run).  It is limited to a scarce 500 copies.  We are usually not into picture discs, but we can get past that, as this is pretty much looking like some “essential shit”.  It drops December 1st, but you can preorder now for $59.98 at StonesThrow.com.
