Torngat “La Petite Nicole” LP
File this one under “blown out post-rock trios” please. I couldn’t tell you how this record found it’s way onto my headphones – I must have gotten it some time early this year and never actually listened to it until now. I was about ready to file it away, but something made me stop and give it a listen. Maybe there is somebody else out there that needs to hear this. Truly strange and blown out stuff from these Canadian groove-mongers. Dig it. Then pick up a copy from alien8recordings.com.
