Pawel “s/t” 2xLP
Paul Kominek, founder of the Dial label in Germany, finally drops his debut album as Pawel. This is the same label that brought us the last album from Pantha Du Prince, and this self-titled 2xLP from Pawel explores a similar aesthetic. Totally minimal and totally deep-house influenced techno meanderings. I mentioned Pantha Du Prince because if you like him, you will like this as well. Currently available for $18 from forcedexposure.com, look for it in your local record store or favorite distro any day now.

mmmm…sounds like a bad imitation of some of the more ethereal detroit techno from the early 90s
