A New Batch of Great Releases from Important Records

Another update from Important Records brings another cache of amazing music.  First up is a pummeling new effort from Eleh, “Repose”.  This contains the seventeen-minute “Circle Two: Coastal Rotation For Dune Loop”, plus an etching on the b-side.  The record is $20 and can be ordered with some beautiful matching art prints.  Secondly, they’ve got “Wizards”, a new reissue of the 1982 JD Emmanuel record.  This is some straight-up, original new age business, totally recommended, and only $14.99 with an edition of 500.  Third, they’ve got “Tones/Zones” by Bitchin’ Bajas, the side-project of Cave’s Cooper Crane.  If Emmanuels’s record shows what new age used to be like, Bajas’ effort shows you what people are doing now.  It’s $14.99 with an edition of 500 (100 on white vinyl).  Lastly, they’ve issued the popular Guano Padano self-titled album on vinyl.  This one is straight Morricone dust music, complete with his original whistler.  The LP is $13.99 with the first 50 copies on yellow vinyl.  Get more info and MP3s on all of these at ImportantRecords.com.
