I know this site is dedicated to vinyl, but some of the most exciting underground music is being released on tape. “Foam on the Waves of Space-Time” by a.d.l.r. is heads and shoulders above most albums getting releases ten times as big, a true diamond in the rough. There are elements of ambient, drone, and experimental electronic, all of the things we love. The tape has an edition of only 100 copies (don’t expect it to be around long) and costs $10.
