Two years since the last Umberto album has left fans itching for more synth-driven slow-burn from one of the modern masters. You won’t get too far into an album without being reminded of the classic scores of Carpenter or Goblin, and sure there are plenty of people out there trying to do this stuff… but it’s a hard fact that nobody is really pulling it off like Umberto.
