Day 2 of our test pressing giveaways from Gilead Media; featuring two thrilling releases from the label: the debut LP from supergroup-of-sorts Vhol and a reissued, remastered edition of material from Hexer (previously available on cassette only). Real talk: the Hexer LP is fucking fantastic, but I am so unbelievably excited to spin this Vhol album on vinyl. Anything featuring John Cobbett (Ludicra, Hammers of Misfortune) riffs is an essential grip and with Mike Sheidt from Yob contributing vocals, well, you just have to listen to this album to believe that something this heavy even actually exists. Both of these feature high-spec packaging, as does every single Gilead release. Highly, highly recommended: gileadmedia.net.
